Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging educational content within Brightspace and ExamSoft.
  • Schedule and maintain BoilerCast recordings for the College, ensuring seamless delivery of educational materials.
  • Assist with video recording and editing, leveraging technical expertise to enhance visual content.
  • Support team and client presentations, utilizing strong communication skills to convey complex information.
  • Update internal and customer-facing documentation, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform other duties as logically determined, contributing to the team's success.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and training.
  • Experience in or willingness to learn Microsoft Office, including SharePoint and Teams, to support administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Ability to maintain professional discretion, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable working in environments with animals, with the ability to wear limited personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
  • Desire to learn new software and technologies, with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for professional development.

This is a non-exempt position within the Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine.
