Requisitos del Especialista en Soporte al Cliente:
- Título universitario, preferiblemente con cursos en Economía/Finanzas
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en gestión de patrimonio
- Sólido entendimiento de instrumentos financieros como acciones, fondos mutuos, ETFs y dividendos
- Alta atención al detalle, especialmente en gestión de órdenes y comercio
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización
- Dominio de Bloomberg, Excel, Word y un sistema de gestión de órdenes de comercio
- Las pasantías en la industria son un plus
- Capacidad para trabajar en horarios matutinos para alinearse con los horarios de apertura del mercado
- Mentalidad enérgica y emprendedora con la capacidad de aprender rápidamente y adaptarse a nuevas tareas
Responsabilidades del Especialista en Soporte al Cliente:
- Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional y apoyo, incluyendo la gestión de consultas de clientes y mantener una fuerte presencia telefónica
- Asistir en actividades comerciales, asegurando precisión y atención al detalle en la gestión y ejecución de órdenes
- Crear y actualizar presentaciones, materiales de marketing y cuestionarios de debida diligencia utilizando PowerPoint y Excel
- Apoyar tareas administrativas para ayudar a los gerentes de cartera
- Mantener y actualizar bases de datos de clientes
- Monitorear sistemas de comercio para detectar discrepancias y asegurar que todas las transacciones sean precisas y oportunas
- Participar en actividades comerciales matutinas cuando el mercado abre
- Actualizar y gestionar bases de datos internas y sistemas con información de clientes y detalles de comercio
