Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will benefit from a consistent work schedule, operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, which promotes a healthy work-life balance.

As a Master Refrigeration Technician, you will engage in a variety of tasks, starting with the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration units to ensure they operate at peak efficiency. You will also address essential HVAC repairs, utilizing your problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and train junior technicians, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth in the field.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a service technician
  • Proven experience in training and mentoring others
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • A2L certification
  • CFESA certification
