Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support to students in K-12 schools across Sacramento, Elk Grove, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and behavior management skills, with experience working with students with autism or behavioral challenges preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-time behavioral support to students in school settings
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
Requirements
  • Active RBT certification
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • Strong communication and behavior management skills
  • Ability to pass a background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening
