Job Title: Student Care Specialist

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

In this critical role, you will provide specialized support and care to students with significant physical and emotional needs. As a Student Care Specialist, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement personalized plans that promote student success and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing one-on-one support and assistance to students with complex needs.
  • Developing and implementing behavior management plans and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address student needs.
  • Communicating regularly with parents and guardians to share progress and concerns.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in special education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with students with significant physical and emotional needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Emotional stability and ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
