Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and other technical tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluently speak, read, and write English.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of related experience or training.
