We are seeking a certified occupational therapy assistant to join our team at Home Health Care, Inc. in the Twin Cities metro area.

Job Overview

This role involves assisting Occupational Therapists in providing services to clients in their homes, ensuring effective treatment and patient care. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare disciplines to coordinate client care.

Responsibilities
  • Documenting client care as directed by the Occupational Therapist
  • Building rapport and communicating effectively with clients, families, and industry professionals
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Minnesota
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $42-$46 per visit, offering a competitive compensation package. Additional benefits include medical, dental, life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, mileage and cell phone reimbursement, HSA, structured training and preceptorship programs, and support from an experienced therapy supervisor.
