Job Summary

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing imaging procedures, utilizing your expertise in OB/GYN, soft tissue/small part, and Abdomen ultrasonography. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of human structure and function, patient care, quality assurance, and specialized techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures with minimal supervision, utilizing independent judgment and initiative.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for specific ultrasound equipment and areas.
  • Assist with facilitation of patient flow and perform basic patient care activities under the supervision of department staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum: Competent in OB/GYN, soft tissue/small part, and Abdomen ultrasonography as demonstrated by past work experience or clinical hours.
  • Desired: 2 years experience in Ultrasound, previous experience in an acute care environment, and certification in Nuchal Translucency through the NTQRC.
