Tridant Solutions Inc. is a woman-owned SBA 8(a) small business seeking a skilled Radiology Tech I to join our team.

As a Radiology Technologist, you will competently perform routine and specialized breast procedures to produce quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers to diagnose, treat, monitor, and prevent injury or disease.

You will gain the confidence and cooperation of patients, their families/support groups, and other healthcare providers through your competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication.

You will always adhere to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, evaluating, and testing patients
  • Performing 2-D/3-D screening and diagnostic mammography studies independently
  • Performing all required QC testing, data entry, and mammography tracking documentation tasks
  • Demonstrating the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position
  • Demonstrating the ability to operate applicable office equipment
  • Exhibiting the ability to maintain confidentiality, think, and act independently with minimal supervision
  • Having a valid unencumbered Radiology license for the State
  • Currently meeting MQSA requirements to perform mammography independently
  • Having 1 or more years of experience with both 2-D and 3-D modalities, as well as diagnostic mammography
  • Experience with Breast Ultrasound
  • Having been fully vaccinated or being willing to receive a COVID-19 vaccination (religious/medical exemptions are allowed)
  • Current vaccinations and health clearance certification
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
