- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Banking or Finance, with a focus on lending operations preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking or credit union environment, emphasizing lending, operational processes, and management reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial services software solutions and related applications, including Microsoft Office and graphic design software.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate the value of products to clients, with excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing internal resources to achieve sales goals, with a high degree of creativity and independence.
- Experience in leading and directing teams or projects, with a strong track record of success.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
