About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch network and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process and approve teller transactions, ensuring that all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Operational Activities: Complete operational activities, such as cash handling and reconciliations, while minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the branch team, including scheduling and operational tasks, to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line, under the direction of regional banking management.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and employees, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line, under the direction of regional banking management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support to the branch team and contributing to the smooth operation of the branch.
