Maintenance Director

Guardian Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Suncrest Village. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our property, including all buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
• Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance requests, and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
