Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to collaborate with our team on a mission-critical development and sustainment program. As a key contributor, you will work closely with the Customer's SE&I team to assess architectures and requirements, develop derived requirements and systems engineering artifacts, and guide Agile scrum teams in the development of advanced cybersecurity capabilities.
Responsibilities- Assist the System Architect and Development teams in the development, integration, and testing of new advanced leading-edge cybersecurity capabilities.
- Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams to design and implement advanced cybersecurity capabilities.
- Interface directly with the Customer, stakeholders, and end-users regarding capability architectures, requirements, use cases, and stories.
- Conduct trade studies to determine improvements to system capabilities and system delivery processes.
- Represent System Engineering concerns at program level meetings.
- Create and maintain system design documents for the production environment platform and its subsystems.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Secret Clearance. Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
- 8+ years of directly relevant experience.
- Experience and/or technical understanding of cybersecurity attack-mitigation techniques and cybersecurity architectures.
- Extensive experience with Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) processes and practices, Change Management practices, requirements management, traceability, and associated tools.
- Agile development methodology and DevOps experience.
- Experience and/or familiarity with architectural views, including operational, technical standards, and system/services views and business, data, applications, and technology architectures using applicable standards.
- Systems architecture experience, including allocation of hardware and software requirements, development of use cases and stories, interface definition, and systems integration and test.
- Experience and/or familiarity with software and system lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience with requirements management tools.
- Experience and/or strong familiarity of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and security and privacy controls.
B.S. in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education.
