LPN - Cardiac Telemetry Nurse - Full Time - Days

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Cardiac Telemetry team at Mercy Hospital Washington. As a Cardiac Telemetry LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a dynamic and collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Cardiac Telemetry unit, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and manage patients with cardiac conditions, including STEMI, post-cardiac catheterization care, CHF, arrhythmia, and blood pressure management.
- Collaborate with Patient Care Associates to maintain a safe and efficient patient care environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication, accountability, and teamwork among colleagues.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license in the hiring state, with the ability to meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire.
- Ability to stand/walk most of the time on duty, with significant bending and stooping, lifting, and turning patients with assistance.
