Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Cardiac Telemetry unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including STEMI's, post Cardiac Catheterization care, CHF, Arrythmia and Blood pressure Management
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in the hiring state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- LPN-IV Certification
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
