Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Radiologic Technologists play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality patient care at RAYUS Radiology. As an Interventional Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with routine and advanced interventional/vascular procedures, including scrubbing and circulating. You will also support patient clinic visits, explain and prepare patients for procedures, and maintain accurate patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Support patient clinic visits, providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and any necessary precautions
- Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor medical supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Assist with training of new associates, providing technical expertise and support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current certification in radiologic technology; ARRT certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of radiology information systems and medical terminology
