Responsibilities extend to facilitating discussions with stakeholders to analyze requirements and prioritize tasks, capturing outcomes in detailed notes, specification documents, or user stories.

We welcome candidates who are self-directed, organized, and confident in relationship-building, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and changing project demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions and facilitate gap analysis and requirement refinement.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to align solutions with business strategies.
  • Assist with documenting functional and technical specifications, supporting data warehousing, and enhancing business intelligence platforms.
  • Provide risk assessments, solution options, and financial analysis such as cost/benefit evaluations and ROI assessments.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver reporting and data warehousing solutions that meet business needs, while transferring knowledge to the rest of the team.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business process analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering.
  • 5+ years of experience managing user stories within Agile development projects.
  • 2+ years working directly with senior management to develop strategies, create roadmaps, and resolve conflicting viewpoints.
  • Experience in creating and managing statements of work or similar agreements/contracts.
  • 2+ years of experience developing and implementing IT solutions for public-facing services.
  • 1+ year of experience working on IT infrastructure projects.
  • 1+ year of experience working with programs governed by state or federal
