Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience #121. As a Lead Educator for Young Learners, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional growth in our toddlers and two-year-olds.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the unique needs of our young learners
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and support
  • Collaborate with other educators to plan and implement activities that promote learning and development
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need for support
  • Communicate effectively with families through regular updates and progress reports

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a toddler or two-year-old program
  • Pass a background check and provide proof of vaccination or willingness to be vaccinated
