Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled rn wound ostomy clinic specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound and ostomy care, with the ability to provide expert care to patients in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans based on individual needs.
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.
  • Provide patient education and support to promote independence and self-management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a focus on wound and ostomy care.
  • Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
