As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will be the crucial first point of contact for prospective residents, playing a significant role in helping individuals find their ideal apartment home.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, showcasing apartments, finalizing sales, and processing rental applications and leases in accordance with fair housing regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing, customer service, or sales.

- Strong leasing and closing abilities.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient typing skills (30 WPM) and organizational capabilities.

- Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar software.

- Availability to work weekends (2 weekends per month).

- Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcoming visitors and residents.

- Responding to resident inquiries via phone and email.

- Accurately completing guest cards and lease documentation in a timely manner.

- Promoting features and amenities to potential residents.

- Conducting apartment tours.

- Securing lease agreements.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Sunday

Work Hours:
M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Required Certification:

A valid Driver's License in the state of employment or a neighboring state is required, or the willingness to obtain one within 60 days.

Our hiring process includes background checks and drug screenings.
