Your Key Responsibilities
  • Craft data-driven strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the planning, launch, and management of campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and programmatic advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and optimize strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment with product launches, sales initiatives, and market trends.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, including emerging channels and tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a performance marketing role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Google Analytics, digital marketing channels, and campaign tactics.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with sales and product teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
