Client Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at risrx. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless communication between our company and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: You will communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve their queries.
- Issue Resolution: You will actively handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Account Management: You will keep track of customer accounts by recording their account information and issues reported.
- Order Processing: You will take orders, calculate charges, and process customer information efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: You will ensure the quality of services is maintained while resolving customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline or High School Diploma with relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Sales Representative or Front Desk Representative or related role in the Customer Service industry.
- CRM Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of CRM Softwares like Zoho, Zendesk, etc.
- Social Media: Knowledge of social media will be an added benefit.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to provide results under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
