Client Support Specialist

We're looking for a Customer Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. As part of our team at Protocol Labs, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and personalized support via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve client complaints efficiently.
- Update client records and maintain accurate data in our system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other support tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
