Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and requisition necessary supplies in a timely manner.
  • Shift Leadership: Lead shifts and supervise associates as scheduled, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Dining Room Operations: Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests, making adjustments as needed to ensure a positive experience.
  • Associate Development: Train and develop associates in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.
  • Guest Experience: Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs, and interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
  • Physical Demands: Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
