Key Responsibilities

  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.
  • Cash Handling: Operate cash registers with accuracy and efficiency, handle customer transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintain accurate inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales floor associates to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
