Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Survey Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality survey drawings, legal descriptions, and exhibits using Civil 3D and MicroStation software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with land surveyors and survey crews to ensure accurate data collection and project delivery.
  • Utilize geospatial software to prepare boundary, ALTA, topographic, engineering, as-built, and easement surveys, descriptions, and exhibits.
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Conduct research on deed and GLO records, both online and in courthouses.
  • Prepare deed sketches and other documentation as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
