Radiology Technologist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of relevant academic areas and be capable of performing all diagnostic procedures with consistently high-quality results.

The successful candidate will work well with both patients and physicians, building strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across departments. They will be responsible for conducting radiographic procedures for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients following departmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct radiographic procedures for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients
  • Develop and implement effective methods to manage operational activities
  • Stay current with skills, knowledge, and policies related to radiology procedures
  • Assist physicians during radiology procedures
  • Proficiently operate and maintain specialized radiology equipment
Requirements:
  • ARRT Registered or eligible for registry; must achieve registry within 6 months of hire
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Currently a second-year student at an accredited radiologic technology program
  • Interest in advancing education in various radiology specialties
