About the Role:

The Hi-Rel PC Assembler/Wirer will be responsible for assembling and wiring high-precision timing, frequency control, and synchronization products for satellite and terrestrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and wire high-precision electronic components with precision and accuracy
  • Work under a microscope to ensure high-quality assembly and wiring
  • Use standard manufacturing tools and equipment to assemble and test products
  • Meet IPC-610 certification requirements and maintain a high level of quality control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • Wiring/Soldering surface mount components
  • Knowledge of standard manufacturing tools and equipment
  • IPC-610 Certification
  • J-STD-001 certification preferred
  • Ability to work under a microscope and with precision
  • Experience in precision electro-mechanical assembly and production
