Job Summary

Star Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and organized Lead Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for managing administrative duties, ensuring excellent patient relations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative duties, including accounting for patients and maintaining relations
  • Organize and assist with claims, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-ups
  • Answer incoming calls, including new patients and emergencies
  • Create and present treatment plans for prescribed care to patients
  • Verify insurance and manage claims
Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • 2 or more years of dental front office experience required
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
