About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities
- Collaborate with medical staff and residents to develop care plans
- Track outcomes and review options with physicians and other nursing staff
- Administer and supervise appropriate treatments and medications to residents
- Ensure medical equipment is properly set up and monitored
- Inform residents and family members about best care options
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluids for lab work
- Ensure staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Verify accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions
- Supervise nurses and support staff, providing training as needed
- Assist with incident investigations
- Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from approved nursing program
- At least 1 year of experience (RN or similar role)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
