Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reporting to track operational success.
- Utilize strong financial acumen to manage budgets, food procurement, and inventory control.
- Foster excellent communication with team members and guests to enhance dining experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and onsite management to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid CDM or DTR certification or be eligible for examination.
- A minimum of three years of experience in contract food service.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, food ordering, and inventory management.
- A track record of delivering exceptional guest relations and service.
