Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Terminix International. As a Commercial Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest control services to our commercial clients, ensuring their facilities are free from insect and rodent infestations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of technical data concerning chemicals and their applications.
  • Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations regarding pest control.
  • Adhere to company standards and procedures for maintaining and servicing commercial clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their pest control needs and concerns.
  • Conduct daily service reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Collect delinquent accounts and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Assist with other routes as required by management and complete training programs as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 2 or 4-year degree preferred.
  • 1-3 months related experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The Pest Control Specialist will work in a variety of environments, including commercial buildings, warehouses, and outdoor settings. The incumbent must be able to work in confined spaces, narrow aisles, and passageways, and be comfortable with heights and scaffolding. The position requires the ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
