As a Material Handler at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant. You will read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine the materials or containers to be moved. You will load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, and load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. You will also convey materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.
