About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as an Area Representative for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. This role is a vital part of our ministry, and we are looking for someone who is committed to spreading the message of Christ through sports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director and Advisory Team to implement the ministry plan for the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with coaches, athletes, and volunteers to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop effective volunteers to lead coaches and athletes in their spiritual journeys.
  • Manage and steward finances for the assigned area, ensuring that we are good stewards of the resources entrusted to us.
  • Work with the Director to serve the International Region, praying, giving, and going to spread the message of Christ.
Requirements
  • Strong spiritual foundation and commitment to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes' mission and values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Experience working with special needs students or special education forums is preferred.
