- Manage patients' airway and pulmonary status using endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation
- Select and prepare equipment, monitors, supplies, and drugs for anesthesia administration
- Perform pre-anesthetic screenings, monitor patient responses, and respond to emergency situations
- Develop anesthesia care plans and obtain informed consent from patients
- Evaluate patients' post-surgical responses and administer post-anesthesia medications
- A minimum of 5+ years of independent CRNA experience and previous leadership or management experience is required
- Licensing and Certification: Current Minnesota Registered Nurse License, National Board certification, BLS, and ACLS
- Demonstrated leadership, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to active participation in shared accountability and decision-making for continuous improvement
- Knowledge and skill in computer use and electronic medical record documentation
The CRNA will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, working regularly between medical surgery centers in Edina and Burnsville, MN.
