About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floral Care Specialist to join our annuals/flowers and pruning care and maintenance division.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of beauty and upkeep in our communities through expert flower and annual care.
  • Utilize pruning tools to enhance plant material, ensuring optimal health and appearance.
  • Collaborate with crew leaders to achieve team objectives while working independently when necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of planting annuals and perennials is essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a positive attitude throughout your workday.
  • Punctuality and dependability are vital characteristics for this position.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • A generous signing bonus of $500, which will be discussed further during the interview process.
