Job Title: Part-time Substance Use Disorders Case Manager for Women's Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as a part-time Substance Use Disorders Case Manager for Women's Services. This role will involve working with women with substance use disorders and their families, providing intensive case management and supportive services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of women with substance use disorders and provide intensive case management and supportive services.
  • Maintain current knowledge of diagnostic techniques, counseling approaches, and service modalities used for SUD client service delivery.
  • Comply with weekly supervision schedules to ensure clinical approach is fully implemented.
  • Facilitate therapeutic and psycho-educational groups regarding substance use, personal, family, and lifestyle management.
  • Develop individualized service plans, reviewed on an ongoing basis, and transfer/discharge plans.
  • Review initial assessment and diagnostic impression upon admission for services.
  • Provide case management and crisis intervention services when needed.
  • Assess and monitor consumer needs and adjust treatment plan accordingly.
  • Arrange for additional/alternative services if appropriate.
  • Interface with other service providers.
  • Attend staff meetings, clinical staffing's, and multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings.
  • Maintain electronic medical records in accordance with pertinent standards.
  • Maximize reimbursement potential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Experience in a behavioral health setting and women's services preferred.
  • Licensed or license-eligible preferred.
  • QMHP required; CSAC, CAADC, or certificate-eligible preferred.
