About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

* Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
* Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties
