Enterprise Mobility Inc is excited to announce the launch of our Supervisor Trainee program. This comprehensive program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as a supervisor in our dynamic contact center environment.

Program Overview

The Supervisor Trainee program offers a structured learning experience that includes:

  • Hands-on training and coaching
  • Leadership development and mentoring
  • Opportunities for advancement based on individual performance
  • A roadmap for success in our dynamic environment

As a Supervisor Trainee, you will be immersed in the culture of Enterprise Mobility and our contact center through booking quality reservations for our three brands worldwide. You will be entrusted to serve as the voice of Enterprise to customers while becoming the behind-the-scenes managerial expert.

Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Developing and implementing effective coaching and development strategies
  • Leading and managing a team of 18-21 employees
  • Ensuring seamless operations and high-quality customer experiences

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Currently live in the state of Missouri
  • Currently live in St. Louis or the immediate surrounding area
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree
  • Have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience, OR customer service, OR management/leadership experience
  • Be able to work a schedule between the hours of 7am-10pm CST, and could require working Saturdays and/or Sundays
  • Have a permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions
  • Be able to meet all current work from home technical requirements
