- Ensure a clean and safe workspace at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of experience in composite manufacturing.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Experience in aerospace, military, or manufacturing settings.
- Proven mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with operating autoclaves and curing ovens.
The hourly wage for this role ranges from $21.00 to $25.00, commensurate with skills and experience.
