Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute commissioning processes for mechanical, electrical, and building systems
  • Develop commissioning plans and specifications
  • Lead commissioning teams, including owners, designers, technicians, and contractors
  • Market commissioning services to clients
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a registered engineer with a building construction design background in HVAC, Electrical, and/or Controls
  • 5+ years of experience in Total Building Commissioning
  • Familiarity with applicable ASHRAE, ACG, and NEBB guidelines
  • Certification as a professional commissioning provider
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
