We are seeking a dedicated Business Systems Manager to lead the InterChange IT team in the management, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Warehouse Management System (WMS), specifically Blue Yonder. This role requires a hands-on manager who will collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the organization. The successful candidate will ensure that the WMS aligns with our business objectives and strategies while providing technical support and expertise to departmental specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure effective support, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the WMS to fulfill business requirements.
  • Plan, define, and implement system upgrades to keep the business aligned with technological advancements.
  • Assist in initial project assessments and scope to identify WMS-related customizations and challenges.
  • Provide technical assistance to InterChange team members and customers regarding WMS functionalities.
  • Maintain an expert understanding of Blue Yonder offerings, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of the system.
  • Identify automation opportunities by leveraging WMS features.
  • Exemplify the core values and cultural principles of InterChange Group.
  • Adhere to safety and cybersecurity policies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to the WMS.
  • Foster positive relationships with external vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data and root cause analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Innovative and strategic mindset with the ability to envision how the WMS can support business goals.
  • Proven experience and strong background in configuring Blue Yonder WMS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Visio).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong background in developing pages using Page Builder, creating and updating Jasper reports, and writing MOCA commands.

Training and Experience:

  • Experience in warehouse labor management (Blue Yonder WLM).
  • Experience in data mining and cloud application management.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
