Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Representatives in achieving onboarding objectives and provide training for new and existing team members.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding information and generate follow-up communications.
- Participate in refresher training sessions and keep track of attendance.
- Help create presentations for management and update profiles for Smart Financing.
- Facilitate communication regarding employee financing among various stakeholders.
- Conduct random audits of existing dealer jobs and assist with lead follow-up in the Support Inbox.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and organized, with strong documentation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both digital and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in creating and modifying presentations.
- Willingness to learn about Smart Financing and take on various tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes to completion.
This position may involve some physical activities such as bending, lifting, and prolonged sitting or walking as required.
