Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist 3 to join our team at Fircrest Residential Habilitation Center in Shoreline, Washington. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide occupational therapy services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developing and implementing individualized plans to promote independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evaluations and therapy services to address sensory-motor control, range of motion, and activities of daily living
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy training programs based on assessments
  • Assess and/or order adaptive equipment/mechanical supports such as splints and eating aids
  • Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team to develop Individual Habilitation Plans (IHP) for clients
Requirements
  • Licensed by the state of Washington as an Occupational Therapist or has a valid probational certificate issued by the State of Washington to practice occupational therapy
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and successful completion of American Occupational Therapy Association certification and three years of professional therapy experience
