Interim HealthCare Staffing offers the freedom of a flexible work schedule and the security of working for an established company. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing occupational therapy services to help patients regain function and independence in their daily lives. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Type: Per Diem
Shift & Schedule: Flexible
Develop treatment plans based on evaluation results and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Administer occupational therapy treatments to patients according to established protocols, including activity analysis, environmental modification, and adaptive equipment
Educate patients and their families about the nature of their conditions and the benefits of occupational therapy
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements
Participate in continuing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in occupational therapy
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements
