Maintenance Planner Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Schwebel Baking Company. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Engineer and Assistant Engineer in creating planned work documents, updating the CMMS system, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compiling accurate preventive maintenance percentages
• Inputting all downtime into the Maintenance system
• Creating and posting the technician's schedule weekly
• Updating and maintaining man-hour working/overtime tracking
• Ensuring records are up to date for all audit paperwork
• Scheduling yearly inspections and managing lock-out tag out
• Reviewing and keeping all lock-out records
• Issuing Lock-out to new employees and replacement locks
• Yearly review of all locks assigned to techs
• Distributing new technician packets to all new techs
• Keeping a record of upcoming projects from maintenance management and corporate maintenance managers
• Keeping a record of parts required for select projects
• Keeping track of new parts/equipment minimum spare part lists
• Creating repair kits including a copy of work order and all parts required for the repair

Requirements:
• Ability to use Microsoft products Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Computer skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Able to lift upwards of 30 lbs, walk, stand for extended periods of time
• Able to sit for an extended period
