Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Schwebel Baking Company. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Engineer and Assistant Engineer in creating planned work documents, updating the CMMS system, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Compile accurate preventive maintenance percentages
* Input all downtime into the Maintenance system
* Create and post the technician's schedule weekly
* Update and maintain man-hour working/overtime tracking
* Ensure records are up to date for all audit paperwork
* Keep track of and schedule yearly inspections
* Manage and implement lock-out tag out

Requirements:

* Ability to use Microsoft products Excel, PowerPoint, Word
* Computer skills
* Organized and able to multitask
* Able to lift upwards of 30 lbs, walk, stand for extended periods of time
* Able to sit for an extended period
