We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Médilodge of Montrose Inc.

This role offers the opportunity to coordinate and provide nursing care to residents, supervise and guide clinical staff members, and ensure that supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.

Salary and Job Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $75,542 and $95,766, depending on experience, shift, and other factors.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your duties will include:

Coordinating and providing nursing care to residents

Supervising and guiding clinical staff members

Ensuring that supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner

You will also be responsible for:

  • Documenting resident conditions and nursing needs
  • Implementing physicians' orders accurately and promptly
  • Assigning nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff capabilities
  • Supervising, directing, and evaluating junior staff members and CNAs
  • Administering medications and performing treatments for assigned residents
