Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of IT Infrastructure: Direct the setup, upkeep, and enhancement of the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring it adheres to the highest standards of reliability and performance.
  • Leadership in Cybersecurity: Formulate and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard against external threats. Assess and improve firewall configurations, monitor for vulnerabilities, and ensure the protection of all systems and data.
  • Evaluation and Optimization of Systems: Perform in-depth evaluations of current IT systems to pinpoint weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement. Develop strategies to optimize performance and minimize costs where feasible.
  • Integration of Technology: Oversee the integration of IT systems at newly acquired sites. Assess the existing technological landscape and manage the transition to align with the organization's standards and practices.
  • Cost Management: Review IT expenditures and identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance. Provide insights on technology investments and cost-efficiency enhancements.
  • Management of Hardware and Data: Ensure the effective functioning and management of hardware architecture, including storage solutions and data management platforms. Experience with these technologies is highly desirable.
  • Collaboration Across Functions: Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure IT strategies are in line with business objectives. Offer technical expertise and guidance to non-technical stakeholders as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT management, system administration, or a comparable role, with a solid background in networking and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading IT operations across multiple locations, including system integration and evaluation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including firewall management, threat detection, and risk assessment.
  • Practical experience with hardware architecture and data management solutions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess complex systems and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to assess and integrate new locations.
