Medical Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to assist providers with efficient patient flow while maintaining high standards of care. The ideal candidate will have entry-level knowledge, basic employment skills, and a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-3 years of experience is preferred, and certification as a Medical Assistant is required for designated practices. The American Heart Association CPR Card is also a must.
Responsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient flow and maintain high standards of care
- Perform general patient care responsibilities, including measuring and recording vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering injections
- Answer phones, maintain physician schedules, order supplies, and perform other administrative duties
Requirements:
- Entry-level knowledge and basic employment skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Certification as a Medical Assistant for designated practices
- American Heart Association CPR Card
Salary Range:
$15.00-$26.00
